Hello and welcome to my booking site! Listed below are my policies for my suite, in the salon, and all expectations for the services that I provided! Please read thoroughly before booking! ~I want to be fully transparent and clear that I am a Christian nail tech so everything in my salon will also represent that fact. Due to this aspect certain nail designs and trends I will not be participating in. ~I charge a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee of your total service amount for all no-shows or 48 hour cancellations prior to scheduled appointment. Your deposit for your service(s) is also nonrefundable. ~I offer a 10 minute grace period for any service(s). Anything after 10 minutes without prior conversation will be considered a no call, no-show and a 50% cancellation fee of your total service amount will be applied. If you are running late, please call or text me to let me know but please also be within the 10 minute grace period. ~Please stay home if you are coming off of or are currently experiencing some sort of illness, sickness, or virus. I cannot be an effective nail tech if I contract whatever sickness/symptoms you are experiencing so please do me a favor and stay home! I will be more than happy to rebook your appointment for a later day and time however, if you show up to your appointment, visibly sick, ill, etc, I will have to send you home. If you choose to cancel and not rebook, please remember your deposit is nonrefundable. ~I have the right to refuse service for any reason. ~Discrimination and harassment towards anyone for any reason is strictly prohibited and will cause for an immediate removal and ban from the salon. Please be kind and respectful. ~Under the ADA guidelines and California state guidelines, all recognized service animals are allowed and welcomed in the salon, however animals characterized under the titling of “emotional support animal”, and all other animals are not allowed in the salon. If an emotional support animal or any other animal is brought in, you will be asked to rebook your appointment for a later day or time. If you choose not to rebook your appointment, please remember that your deposit isn’t nonrefundable. ~No extra people or children allowed during your service. As a note for the salon, children are not allowed so please respect this rule and plan accordingly prior to your appointment. If you do bring extra people or children we will reschedule your appointment for another day and the deposit will carry over; However if you choose to cancel, and not rebook your appointment for a later, date or time, it is non-refundable. ~Smoking, tobacco products, and drug use of any kind are prohibited in the salon and my suite
